Chris joined the Navy at the ripe age of 19. Stationed in Japan for 10 years, he traveled the Pacific and saw half the world. During numerous deployments he fell in love with fitness and dedicated his life to it. Since then, he has helped countless people lose fat, build muscle and become all around awesome.
