Vivian Greentree, Ph.D., is a Senior Vice President and the Head of Military and Veteran Affairs at First Data. Before joining First Data, Vivian helped to found Blue Star Families, where she was also Director of Research and Policy. Previously, Vivian served as a Supply Corps officer in the U.S. Navy, on active duty and in the Reserves. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Urban Policy from Old Dominion University, a master’s degree from the University of Maryland University College, and an undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Public and International Affairs from the University of Georgia.
