The 2nd Marine Division’s top dog for all things “gun,” Chief Warrant Officer Christian P. Wade is back with another Marine Corps Fact or Fiction video, and this time he’s giving a hip-pocket class on the Beta speed loader.

In the July 15 video, the Camp Lejeune, North Carolina firearms expert lays out a nifty piece of gear for those times when your magazines are empty but you still need to send rounds downrange. In the video, Wade demonstrates how to use the Beta speed loader, which works with the Corps’ approved magazines, and lets you slam rounds into an empty mag in record time. How fast, you ask? How about 120 rounds in 35 seconds. Not bad, Gunner.
