Liam Neeson, the actor best known for his hostile, man-on-a-mission role in the kidnapping thriller ‘Taken,’ attempted to soften his image this Christmas by auditioning to play Santa Claus on Late Night with Stephen Colbert. However, things go awry when he can’t seem to shake his his ‘Taken’ persona, resulting in a very dark and seemingly murderous Santa Claus.


If the war on Christmas were real, Liam Neeson would be the nuclear option.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. military MQ-9 drone was shot down in Yemen's Dhamar governate, southeast of the Houthi-controlled capital Sanaa, two U.S. officials told Reuters on Wednesday.

A Houthi military spokesman had earlier said that air defenses had brought down a U.S. drone.

The officials, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said the drone was shot down late on Tuesday.
