Military spouses are strong. We stand by as our spouse deploys and goes away to training, we move across the country, and we comfort our children all along the way. We get lonely and sad sometimes, but at the end of the day, we are happy to stand by and support our service members. Here are 18 songs that describe that strength:

1. “This is My Fight Song” by Rachel Platten

With lyrics like, “‘Cause I’ve still got a lot of fight left in me,” this song reminds us to fight through our struggles.

2. “Titanium” by David Guetta

Anyone who has ever been through a deployment knows how some days can feel like such a challenge.  “You shoot me down, but I won’t fall, I am titanium” pretty much says it all.

3. “It’s Not Over Yet” by King & Country

4. “Survivor” by Destiny’s Child

Even though the lyrics are about a breakup, you can apply “I’m a survivor (what?)/ I’m not gon’ give up (what?)/ I’m not gon’ stop (what?)/ I’m gon’ work harder (what?)” to your current military struggle.

5. “It’s My Life” by Bon Jovi
