Transition Assistance Programs – Get help designed just for you
Family Centers on installations – services include financial counselors and employment readiness. Transition Assistance Program for all services except for Army is at their Family centers. Army’s program is through Department of Human Resources and is now called Soldier for Life Transition Program (formerly ACAP).
