On May 5, the Joining Forces initiative — a nationwide effort calling on all Americans to rally around service members, veterans, and their families — announced that 40 companies have pledged to hire more than 110,000 veterans and military spouses in the next five years.

“They always have our backs, and they need to know that all of us have theirs,” said Dr. Jill Biden, who along with first lady Michelle Obama, launched Joining Forces back in 2011.

More than 1.2 million veterans and spouses have found jobs through the Joining Forces initiative. The companies range from tech startups to some of the largest manufacturers in the world, and represent careers in telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and aerospace.

Hirepurpose is proud to partner with 11 of those companies that pledged to hire and train veterans and their families on May 5. Check out those companies below.
