FORT IRWIN — The Nevada National Guard on Friday released the names of those involved in Tuesday's tank rollover accident at the National Training Center.

Staff Sgt. David W. Gallagher, 51, of Las Vegas, died after the Abrams M1A1 tank in which he and three other soldiers were traveling rolled over.

The three other Nevada Army Guard Soldiers involved in the incident were Sgt. Christian Tijerina, 27, Pfc. Brandon Fuka, 20, and Pfc. Zachary Little, 19, all of Las Vegas. They were treated at Weed Army Community Hospital at Fort Irwin and released, according to a statement.

The soldiers belonged to the Nevada Army National Guard's 1st Battalion, 221st Cavalry Regiment of Las Vegas. The 1-221st is part of the 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team, which is headquartered in Boise, Idaho, with battalions from Idaho, Montana, Nevada and Oregon.

The incident occurred during the brigade's month-long training rotation at the U.S. Army's combat training center.
