Jeff Fenlason

MSG Jeff Fenlason is a 26-year Ranger-qualified Infantry NCO. He is the former director of the Raider Initiatives Group, 1ABCT, 3ID. He is widely recognized as a leader development expert and has made significant contribution to the profession of arms through improving body armor for small statured and female soldiers, the development of a Bystander Intervention program to address sexual assault that is being adapted as the Army model, and Raider University, a five-day leader development program recognized by the TRADOC commander as a leader development 'Best Practice'.
