Marine Corps Sgt. Michael Eckert is a pull-up machine. Stationed in Iwakuni, Japan, the 26-year-old holds the Guinness World Record for most no kip pull-ups with hands pronated on the bar in 60 seconds. But if you’re looking for some pull-up inspiration you should really check out his Instagram. Using the social media platform, Eckert archives workout routines, fitness pro-tips, and some really badass pull-up stunts.

“Originally I started making videos just as a fun reference to always have something to look back on my progress,” Eckert told Task & Purpose in an interview. “I started sharing them on Facebook with family and friends then Instagram and everyone really started to enjoy them. A lot of the funny, odd videos come from the inspiration of my Marines.”

And so he continues to upload new ones, almost every day, to the delight of his 12,500 subscribers.
