George Bernloehr is the Senior Military Talent Acquisition Consultant – Americas for Eaton. In this role he is responsible for developing and building Eaton's Military strategy for professional level positions throughout the US. Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to help create the necessary framework to implement a successful and sustainable military recruiting strategy. Partner with talent acquisition consultants to present top candidates to business partners and hiring managers. Increase overall the Vet hiring across the organization – all levels. Prior to his current position he was the Lead Client Facing Recruiter at Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. for the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic and was a Recruiter and Regional Operations Manager at Bradley-Morris, Inc. He launched his professional career serving in the US Navy as an avionics technician, then a Chief Petty Officer and later was commissioned as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer. He holds a BSEET from Excelsior College, Albany, NY. George lives in Acworth, GA.
