Joel A. Martinez

Joel A. Martinez is an active-duty Army officer currently serving as and Observer Coach/Trainer at the National Training Center. Joel commanded the 66th Military Intelligence Company, 3d Cavalry Regiment, inaugural winners of the MG Oliver Dillard Award as the Best Intelligence Unit in Forces Command (FORSCOM). He earned a B.S. Degree from Tarleton State University through the Army's Green-to-Gold Program, and holds a M.A. in Diplomacy from Norwich University.
