ISIS Bans Nike Footwear Because It Sounds Like Sex

There’s a theory going around that the Islamic State has banned the world’s most common sneaker brand, and for what reason? Nike, because it sounds like the word for intercourse in Arabic. The punishments for buying or selling the sneaker can range from a small fine to imprisonment or whipping. Though, I doubt anyone at corporate really cares about lost shoe sales to ISIS.
