Justine Davie never felt like she belonged. Her father joined the U.S. Air Force from the Philippines, and Justine grew up a first-generation American. Even after joining the Marines, she didn’t have an example of somebody like her she could look up to. But that didn’t stop Justine from thriving as a Marine, and later as a civilian in the world of comedy, working for The Daily Show at Comedy Central. Learn more about how Justine sought help and conquered the impostor syndrome she experienced throughout much of her career, a feeling that hinders many veterans in their transition to civilian life.
